Welcome to the Hammond Area YMCA

The Hammond Area YMCA strengthens the foundations of our community through well-being and fitness, camps, family time, swim, sports and play, and other activities for people of all ages, incomes and abilities. We’re more than just a place to work out. At the Y, we help build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all with the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility at the heart of everything we do.

Feed your competitive spirit

The Hammond Branch has a racquetball court for member use. Court times are reserved in one hour increments and may be reserved up to two days in advance. If court is reserved in advance a $5 fee will be charged, same day reservations are free.

Children 13 and under are permitted on the court only with a parent.
Racquetball court is to be used for racquetball and handball only.
Shirts and proper gym shoes must be worn at all times. Protective eyewear is highly recommended.
