Enriching Body, Mind & Spirit

Ballet / Jazz / Tap

Students will learn dance skills and become familiar with music and rhythm. In intermediate level students will learn choreography and musicology.  Class sessions run monthly and are offered by age.

Beginning Ballet & Tap

Belly Dancing

Belly Dancing is the newest fitness craze for women. It is a fun way to work the core muscles while improving balance and burning calories. You'll feel your abs, hips, legs, and arms getting stronger. Class begins with a brief warm-up followed by abdominal strengthening exercises. Belly Dancing steps and moves are incorporated into a workout! Then, all steps come together in a dance combination. This is a fun and non-traditional cultural experience that elevates your self-esteem and your heart rate!

Ages: 16 & up
Mondays: 7:00pm-8:00pm

Embroidery Class

Learn to stitch! This class is for anyone ages 6 and up. Each month we will develop a new project, from napkin rings to bracelets and more.

Thursdays: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Program costs: $5.00 per month

Guitar Lessons

Guitar players with some knowledge of chords will learn notes on the neck, the major scales, minor triads, intervals, note values and harmonizing the major scales. Must bring your own guitar. All classes are private one hour lessons.

Must bring $12 for instruction book to first class. To be paid to instructor.

Tae Kwon Do

Theatre Classes

Script reading, audition preparation, non-verbal communication, voice diction and character building is taught in this class. There will be teaching and rehearsal with every class.
