The YMCA has been involved with health and fitness programs for over 100 years.  
Times may have changed but the YMCA is still at the forefront in providing health and
fitness programs that our members use to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  They use the
weights and exercise equipment in our fitness center.  They take aerobics classes
and swim in our pool.  

      
                Members can purchase a monthly Fitness Flex Pass*
for only $10.00 and have access to the following classes all month long!

EARLY BIRD FITNESS
Mon - Wed - Fri  6:00 am - 6:45 am
Low impact floor exercise, stretching, sit-ups and toning.

GUTS & BUTTS        
Mon - Wed - Fri  10:30 am - 11:15 am
Workout targeting the lower body and abs. Focus is on muscular
endurance and involves light weights.
Ruth LaCaze - Instructor

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING  "T B C"
Call for days and times.
Intervals of cardio to maintain heart rate at high or moderate levels and
increase muscle strength with weights and resistant bands.

EVERYTHING FITNESS
Tuesday and Thursday  7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
Step Aerobics / Floor Aerobics and Toning

AEROBICS & WEIGHTS
Monday and Wednesday  5:30 pm - 6:45 pm
Class starts with warm-up followed by step aerobics, upper body weight
training, abdominal crunches / leg raise. Class ends with stretching of
lower back, yoga, and core strengthening.

HATHA YOGA I  = 16 years and up
Tuesday and Thursday  6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
To achieve union in mind, bod and spirit. Class promotes care of the
body. Improves posture and relieves stress.

CARDIO KICK BOXING
Wednesday  7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Class combines low-impact punches, jabs, kicks and combinations to get
your heart pumping. The more energy you put in - the more you'll get out.
Any level can join the steps are easy to follow and the beat will keep you
moving !!!

YOGALATES
Saturdays  9:45 am - 10:45 am
Combination of yoga and pilates. This class will give
you maximum results without leaving you physically
exhausted.

T'AI CHI CHIH
The purpose of T'ai Chi Chih is to circulate and balance the flow of
energy in the body. Movements are very slow, gentle and very powerful.
Suitable for all fitness levels.  Minimum of 5 participants.


Mondays 11:30 am to 12:45 pm

Segment #1 Jan. 4th to Feb. 22nd
